Terms of Service

Draft — the business owner must provide the final terms of service before accepting live enquiries or payments.

Questions About Your Service Terms

Complete business policies have not yet been supplied. Confirm the scope, price, timeline, privacy arrangements and any revision or cancellation terms with the team before purchasing support.

Academic guidance and resources are intended to support your understanding and your own work. Follow your institution’s rules when using support.

Before confirming a quotation

Read the service description, agreed scope, price, currency and deadline before accepting a quotation. Check any stated payment terms and revision arrangements. If a detail is unclear or your requirements have changed, ask the team to clarify it in the conversation before proceeding. Keep the written quotation with the documents related to your request.

Keeping your service records together

Your student portal connects requirements, conversations, quotations, orders and billing documents. Use the conversation for the relevant request when sharing feedback or asking about the agreed support. An order reference or quotation number helps the team find the correct record without asking you to resend unnecessary personal information.

A proforma or payment request does not confirm that a payment has succeeded. A paid invoice is issued after payment verification. If you cannot locate a billing document, contact the team with the relevant reference and payment date.

These practical process notes do not replace the final business terms. Academic guidance remains subject to the agreed scope and your institution's rules for using support in your own work.
